Did a data log and my IATs were killing me in the quarter. After 3 runs on a hot day I was 140 deg to start and ending at 160+ degrees. Once my inter-cooler water was hot, it stayed there. I added a fan to my heat exchanger and can leave my pump on with the fan to cool the inter-cooler water. In about 3 minutes I can get my IATs down to 109 degrees to start and end up about 125ish. This is was on a 90+ degree day.

Now I need to get back to the track and see if I can get into the 12s.

Pack your reservoir with ice and show us how your truck can really run!

How much timing are you losing with the intake temps being so high? I know on my stock tune on my 4.8 it was pulling 11 degrees at 122 degrees IAT. I can only imagine what you are losing.....

I second the Ice bath, that is probably the best thing with WTA intercoolers, 50 degree intake temps while it's 90 degrees outside, just awesome....

Default Broke into the 12's

Ran a couple of weeks ago and hit the 12's.

Ran 12.955 @ 105.06. DA was 4751 and Relative Density was 86.82%.

Still running 10 lbs of boost with the stock cam.

Today I ordered some of the parts for the DOD delete in preparation for a cam swap. Still need head gaskets and head bolts. I think I am going with Cometic and ARP. Unless someone has a better idea.

6000 DA at RMR in SLC

I'll upload a pic and a video later if it turns out.
