If the on3 center section is cheap enough, toss a new one in and look for your iat problem, find it, fix it and then when the on3 starts dumping oil again, go to a new turbo.
But if your killing oil seals that fast, im willing to bet you have high crank case pressures pr to much oil pressure in the center section.
Some turbos are very picky about oil,pressure in the center section.
Oh I know a different turbo wont solve the IAT problem, I just have a heavy truck, 3" thick ebay intercooler with the trans cooler in front of that. Im going to get a bigger trans cooler to put behind the intercooler. And i think meth is more bang for the $ compared to a 4" thick intercooler. I also already have a .065 restrictor and a working (I checked with vacuum gauge) header evac kit for crankcase ventilation. And before I did the evac kit in the fall I had both valve covers vented to a catch can with 3/8 hose

Yeah its still solid but you can dent the lower part where the road **** has hit it easier than up at the turbo
