The 6l80e transmissions are pretty sturdy depending on how far you push that blower. You might give Circle D (link on right side of page) a call and they could give you some insight on what transmission upgrades that you might need for your power level. They also make stall converters.

Before you add any more performance mods it would be a good idea to get a boost gauge and wideband. Long tube headers and free flowing exhaust (no cats) would be a start. And pulley down after you take care of the fueling.

If you run enough Meth to actually lower the inlet air temperatures then you will have to tune your fuel for it or it will just bog. If you run so little Meth that you do not have to tune your fuel for it then it will not make a difference.
