im at 8psi and I drop to 50psi at the rail for fuel pressure @WOT. So id say 8psi is as for as you can go on stock fuel system but some one els mite know better then me about it. What injectors did they put in your truck? If you dont know what color are they. My TVS1900 maggie came with pink injectors. The pink ones are way to small for the 6.2l but Magnuson doent seam to think 97% Injector Duty Cycle is bad. The stock injectors that came in your truck are ok to 8psi. Im at 84% idc. 80% is recomended. The guys that did the install. Did they do a dyno tune or data log tune? If not they probably just put the tune in that cam with the sc. The tune from Magnuson is junk. Its ok to get you to a tuner but my tuner said the timing was all messed up with it.
I put ARH LT headers with cats and found out my truck was really corked with the stock manifolds. They made a good difference.
Do you have gauges? Fuel Pressure. Boost and wide band o2 should be monitored.
you should get a new drive shaft if you ever see more then 85mph. The stock ones come apart between 90 and 125mph. There not hi speed balanced and the aluminum is tin can from what iv read.
here is my thread. https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...2l-4x4-506564/
if you do a converter get a 3 disk.

I'm running 10lbs of boost. I am running methanol injection which takes some of the load off the fuel system. I don't monitor fuel pressure, but my large injectors allow for the fuel pressure to drop some and still provide enough fuel. This is NOT the best way to do it, but I am happy at my power level, and I wanted to save some time and money by leaving the fuel system alone. I would look at additional fueling options or I will push the Meth harder( Not the best option) if I decide to up the boost.

I would not recommend relying on meth the supplement fueling… That’s just asking for trouble IMO. I would just use it for cooling and octane purposes. If you have e85 in your area you might go that route but you would need a bigger pump, injectors & tune adjustments.
The 6l80e transmissions are pretty sturdy depending on how far you push that blower. You might give Circle D (link on right side of page) a call and they could give you some insight on what transmission upgrades that you might need for your power level. They also make stall converters.
Before you add any more performance mods it would be a good idea to get a boost gauge and wideband. Long tube headers and free flowing exhaust (no cats) would be a start. And pulley down after you take care of the fueling.

Thanks for all the help guys I greatly appreciate it the truck runs real nice I'm hoping to take it out to the track tomorrow the transmission has been running in the 170 to 180 range on that temp gauge in the cluster I don't know how accurate it is is that a safe temperature to be running at
