This size will only work with the 60e in the truck. once the 80 goes in probably just move to the rear spare tire and call it a day. It has 2 12" fans on top pulling air in from the bottom. and still has a good amount room from the driveshaft.
Had a brief moment to work on my truck today.. 2000 RCSB does not have alot of room to work with in the front. lol
Tanks have 1/2 npt on the sides of tanks. One is on the pass, rear location the other is drivers front. Drivers front corner is the highest location.

crapy phone pics.

sharp setup. havent seen anyone on here do it like that. whats the core for? looks like a radiator but maybe im wrong. also hows the air flow while driving. does it get enough through it? sitting still would be good because the fans pulling which would be better then sitting in front of the rad. would like to see the results

A HX is just that a small radiator. This one is just larger. There are 2 12" fans + shroud pulling air up and through the core.
I will get 2 temp gauges hooked up to watch water in and water out temps. Driving and sitting still. There is a lot of air flow under a stock ride height truck. Once I put the 80 in we will move is back to the spare tire area..
Truck is not running yet, its our 1st mock up truck. That we build all of our turbo kits off of. Been slammed lately, but had a moment the other day and figured we would work on it. Hope to be driving it around town next week.
Once its up and running, it will stay that way. And all builds will go off of another truck we have here.
