finally got iat's down 10* above ambiant air

That should be up against the radiator. The air is just going to go around it.

It's got two 10'' fans on the back side 1000 cfm a piece works pretty good so far

Where did you get the exchanger from? I am looking for something as well. Its cold here now, but I think once the summer comes around I could use something a little bigger. Also, what were your IATs before?

It's cold here too in Wyoming. haven't hooked fans up yet iat's with the heat exchanger that came with the 1900 kit were 180's at the end of a hard pull now they hit 100 but it is cold here. Frozenboost.com (24x12x1) Heat exchanger and fans were $200 had to make my own brackets

THAT THING IS HUGE! HAHAH i will have to take some measure ments of my 02 Chevy to see if i can get that to fit but other than that looks good. i wonder what it would take to upgrade my radiator and fans hmm..

If you had 180* IAT's at the end of anything you have another issue. I suspect you had air in the system and purged it out with the new H/E. Nice work on the install !

This is the third one i've tried The little maggie one just wasn't that good i thought it was air too but it wasn't.

hmm, you got me beat, mine aren't that bad. At the end of a 40-110 pull mine go from about 55 to 85. Ambient here for example is 20 degrees, my cruising iats are 60. Would like to get them a little lower before the summer.
