Here is a picture of a new air lid we build for my Avalanche. It can also be used on any of the INTRO or STREET STALKER kits. This unit allows the stock air box to remain in-tact. Pulling air from the fender and behind the head lights area, we feel cleans the install up, and draws cooler air into the turbo.
I took the pic with a camera phone so it is not as clear as I would like.
(it sucks I know.
)
There is 1/8 nipple we are installing for the vent line from the front passenger side valve cover.
I wanted a black coupler, but HOSE Techniques only had it in blue.
Thinking it needs to be black, with some bead rolls in the lid.
