We changed up our 2 gallon composite tank. Making the tank more user friendly, we removed the fittings threaded holes from the tank. In the past we had several customers that needed those fittings in different spots, or different material.
Methanol injection we recommend stainless steel fittings.
Other fittings are available and will change the cost of the kit. Just contact me if you need special fittings with your order..

So now the tank kit includes
1) New textured tank, Tank size is 10w x 8h x 6.5d
1) Large mouth lid
2) -10an bulkhead straight fitting
2) -10an bulkhead nuts
4) -10an telfon washers
1) 3/8" thick aluminum battery tray mounting bracket.
1) Hole saw sized for the -10an fittings

If you want to build your own bracket or supply your own fittings, or do not need the hole saw, no problem just remove them from the order form.

!!! this is a vented tank, and is not intended for use in a pressurized systems. Like coolant systems!!!

I see the tanks always say back ordered, whats the time frame to receive one..? I called twice, once no answer and the other left a message and never heard anything.

 

These 2gallon tanks are in stock.
Not sure what happened about the calls.
We texted back voicemails usually within a few hours.

Any option for a -16an

 

Sure no problem. We can get them or customer can buy them. I would need to get a quote 16an.
Since the tank is blank at this point, you could do a straight bulkhead, or a 45 degree or 90 degree. Put one fitting in the side low, and the other(s) on the top. If that makes the install and hose routing easier.

 

You need to add options or remove the required from the drop down boxes, you can only order if you remove all options. Will the adapter plate work on either side? (want to use driver side for filter locations)

 

Fixed. You can flip the tank on the plate, and flip the plate to move tank slightly. The mounting hole from plate to battery tray is slightly off set to one side. Very user friendly.
