Default Need Oil Pressure Restriction

OK, I have oil draining into the turbo after it sits for a while. What do I use to restrict the oil to the turbo? Ive heard people say check valves and nitrous jets but which ones? I need something from like napa that I dont have to order and wait on. Its a rear mount system with a -4an line to it.

You need a check valve with like a 1 psi cracking pressure. I'm not sure where you would get one locally, I've always gotten them from mcmaster.com.

Nope thats more likely blow-by. Do you have a catch can set up or the valve covers vented.

Its definetly coming from the turbo. It smokes like crazy when I start it up after sitting a few minutes.

Well if your sure its from the turbo that is better. Blow by is when you crankcase pressure is pushing oil and it ends up in the intake sometimes.

OK, Im cleared up on that. What exactly is causing the turbo to use so much oil? Would the check valve possibly clear it all up? It smokes bad, even if I just stop for about 10 seconds sometime. Its strange
