i think am going to build it back up to stock for now its just ,its my everyday truck and i need to get to school and work. will i be fine with 42# or 44# injectors ngk tr-6 plugs and a good tune at 5 psi. will it be safe running like that? and where can i get a good tune in south cali? banks is down the street from me you guys think they can tune it for me? and can i use 44# or 42# injectors with the stock pump. am only going to run 5 pounds (for now.... )

I am not exactly sure what your setup is, but I take it you have a sts setup with xxx turbo ( 60-1,67) What is your engine setup? If your engine is pretty much stock and you are only going to run 5psi you should be fine. Yes use the 42,43,44lb injectors (Depends where you get them from, they are all basically the same) You will need a tune, with those injectors if you are tuned for the stock ones it will idle but thats about it ( Youll be getting way too much fuel without a tune) Might want to consider a better fuel pump. Need some more info please...

its a stock motor 5.3 and the basic sts kit i just want it to run safe

so wit the stock 5.3 and 44lb injectors and a good tune i should be fine? with the basic sts kit am only going to run 5 psi

I believe a fuel pump will be required as well.

The stock fuel pump will work with 5 psi. Any more boost and you will need a better one. I would be concerned with the tranny more than anything.

yep trans would be the first to go with almost any 1500 or 4l60e.
TR-6 plugs are sold at summit racing and other performance shops, Summit just has the cheapest/fastest shipping, you could mail order tune, I'd say use Nelson performance, or I have heard go things about synergy motor sports dyno tunes.
