I put a whipple sc from a 03 ss on my 99 4.8 single belt 2300 model everything is good so far but the 03 ss had a dbw throttle body an mine is cable , problem is the kit from the ss has a 90degree bend on back of sc. Making my throttle cable to short to What have anyone else done? Also what did u use for brackets for throttle Cable? Need this out of garge in am please help Ty for your time I can't find any place to make a custom cable or I'd do that. Thanks again for the help

 

Lokar makes a cable kit you could try .

 

Yea I looked I don't think it will work. Know any place buy custom length cables ?

 

How about posting up a picture of your setup so we can see what you are working with.

 

I went to home depot and bought some small cable...match it to yours....for something like $0.10 a foot. Same thing thats in the lokar kit. You can use a collar and set screw to set the end on the tb.
