Where at in Ohio?

Running at 8.6 psi, my milage stayed about the same on the highway, but in town it took a good hit, but I think my 80e+3000 stall is the problem there.

Good luck, it will be cool to see the results, because every once in a while a newb says their turbo will raise their milage, but they are putting it on for more performance, and not running 3 psi, and trying for milage.

It kills me.

I too tuned my AFM to stay on a lot longer than normal. I can go up hills and over-passes with it still on now. I think the 6.2 with AFM could do even better. OR the route you are taking and adding a little extra air in those 4 cylinders. I think it'll really kick *** when the engine loads up a little and it can stay in 4 cylinder.

However, if I remember correctly, one of the enable/disable parameters is manifold vacuum. You might have to do something clever there....

I think its all in the tune and setup. I got way better mileage with the the turbo in my truck. I ran SD tune as well. I dont know about 50% but, I think you ca do much better than stock. I am also doing this as well on my wife's Avalanche. Sts kit is siting in the garage. 62mm turbo, 81 ar, 5psi max, no intercooler, I will be useing a blow off valve thow.I'm saveing money for the tune. Rick at synergy charges something like $600 for a dyno tune now, for FI. That hurts! but he is a great tuner.

Where is the AWD dyno located? I live in Bellevue, just south of Sandusky (Cedar Point). I havnen't found a AWD dyno anywhere in Ohio other than Colombus that will fit my truck. Also how much do they charge for a dyno tune? And do they use EFI Live?

The dyno is located 5 min from the Akron/Canton airport. They do use EFILive to tune. A dyno tune is around $500. I'm hoping for a 20% increase to be honest. We will see.
