Default MP70 problems

Anybody have problems with their Master Power turbos? I installed my t70 and it is leaking oil through both seals even at light throttle. I have a .065 oil restrictor in the feed line and my return pump seems to be working fine. I bought the turbo from member so I don't have a warrenty with it but it is brand new so I shouldn't be having these problems.

Even if you manually switch the pump to high, does it leak all the time?

I have been running the pump on high to see if that would help and it doesn't seem to. I tried driving it to the store yesterday and with light throttle and maybe 3psi my truck started surging from it blowing oil into my maf.

MP units are notorius for leaking oil. The compression piston rings they use are very thin and the tolerances they use are loose compared to other units we build. So they are very sensitive to oil pressure and draining.

I believe my problems are solved. Rob over at Modular Turbo gave me a few ideas and I found the problem. Thanks Rob.
