No conversion direct 122. I don't have a boost gauge yet but when it was being tuned the tuner said it was 9-10lbs with 3.0 pulley. So far I have put 1500 miles on the charger, and 500 of those miles is towing my boat with no problems. Its the best thing I have ever bought beside the SSS Plus I am getting 19 mpg on the freeway
