im fixing to put a radix on my truck and was wondering what kind of hp/tq numbers i will be looking at. i will have the same setup i have now but will lower compression a little. i plan on running 10psi, and no meth for a while until it gets hot again next summer. pump gas.

thats what i was hoping to hear. i think its got it in it. im first going to try and hit 12's n/a this winter, but thats gonna be hard. ill probably be stuck around a 13.1. but with the extra 125+ hp, should i be able to get low 12's out of it?

 

With the Radix and my current setup in sig I lost more than 2.1 seconds off my time NA!
Losing the Nerf bars, bed rails and spare might have helped a little. Lowering some too. I peeled the tow hitch testerday but cant get the darn tow hooks off!

Yea, I think Blownchevy has it with 504rwhp. That was before he added headers.....I don't have a clue where he is at now. Maybe he will chime in.

 

Sounds like its time to chop the top and remove the doors, glass, and bed.....

 

I don't put much store in dyno numbers,Flyer ran 11s with a Radix combo with headers and a cam.He was probably making about 500rwhp when it counted at the track.

 

who has posted the best 1/4 time with just a radixed 5.3? i know flyer went 11.95,but has anyone went faster?
