More vacuum?

Default More vacuum?

Is there a way to get more vacuum with a pro charger (P1SC) at idel I have 11-12 inches. is this enough or should I have more? thanks a head of time.

What is your setup? Vacuum is going to be largely based off of your cam overlap.

Yup. That, idle speed, and tune (timing) can make a big difference.

Idle faster with more timing will increase vacuum.

Yep. With that low of vacuum then he must have a moderate cam.

I still have a **** load of vac, with a 112lsa cam, like 14-15 idle.

Hell my 2012 Ram with a stock cam only draws 9-10 at idle.

Leaking intake manifold gaskets will cause you to have low vacuum readings at idle. On a scan tool, the MAF will show low g/sec airflow, and high IAC counts too.

Need to know the OP's cam specs to speculate further....
