Measured dynamic airmass stays between 1.45-1.50 g/cyl throughout the run. Not sure how drastic of a change in delivered engine torque I'd be looking for, but is right around 560ftlbs after the 1->2 or 2->3 shift, and tapers off to 510 ftlbs when I up shift.

HPT Log and config attached if anyone would care to take a look. Havent gone to the 3.0 scanner yet...

Atomic and George:

Its a 3" intercooler - the older trick stage 2 intercooler I believe, which was already going to be a future upgrade.

It would be interesting to see the pressure drop across the intercooler too - if its excessive it'd be causing IATs to be higher than they should be...

This is awesome! I have starting points to at least start diagnosing.

Tim, Jason has copies of my tune from jamie, we are all buddies lol. Jason has logged my truck during passes, so he has access to that too. Our cams are real close, I run 3.90s, he runs 4.10s, not much diff in weight. Main differance is I run stock intake, dual valve springs and have a 70mm. He runs high ram, singles, and a 76mm. His truck on 14 psi, is barely faster then mine was on 10.5-11 psi. I'm sure the intake hurts him down low. But he should have picked up top with more boost. We all are kind of wtf on this one.

My 2 cents, that turbine is KILLING you. I bet back pressure is sky high. Where are you shifting it now? Short shift it, 200, 400, even 600 or more RPM sooner and I'll bet you pick up ET.

change the intake .if it dont speed up i will EAT IT WITH OUT NOTHING TO DRINK LOL THAt intake on a 4.8 is just to much. i am no guru on turbo but i had more bad issue than most .talk to a lot of ls engine builders and built a few .that holley is for big cube 400+ cube not 293/323.
