woohoo. good night at the track. they told us to never come back

many of you know about the fairmont but i will give the high points.

$250 5.3 with unknown miles, zo6 cam. mp70 turbo. turbo 400 with brake, msd ignition with 2 step, megasquirt for fuel and boost control from diyautotune. 8.8 rear with track loc posi and 28spline axles. hp motorsports bolt on rear suspension uppers and lowers and antisway bar. mt drag radials.

a few things that could make the car quicker. stock front k member, stock front shocks, stock front control arms. still have bench seat, full interior other than carpet, still have heater, iron block. turbo is completely maxed. 3200lbs with driver.

sorry for 1/8th mile numbers. we will be hitting up the 1/4 next week. probably only get one good run before they ask us to leave.

Build a Ford with a Chevy truck motor on a tight budget, go to track, run 6 in the 1/8th. Get sent home because you run to fast and forget the safety stuff. All in a days work. Who needs a roll cage anyway.
