Default meth wiring gone wrong...

so i had some questions about my meth wiring awhile back and guess what im back. apperently im so damn stupid i cant plug in a few wires to get this thing workin right. got it all wired up ( apperently not right ) and everytime i flip my switch i blow a fuse...ive looked for wiring diagrams an what not. if anyone has one or some good pics a could compare to mine that would be effin great...thanks from dumbass who cant wire...

it's going to be near impossible to diagnose on here with out seeing a diagram of what you thought you did. Seriously, draw it out and post up the pic.

BUT if I was to guess, you have a hot and a ground hit the switch point.

Yep, Sounds like a direct short via the switch.

so are you saying my switch is crap? it was kinda hard wiring it up considering im color blind too...but a buddy of mine took a look after i did it and said it looked good

no, switch is probably fine. Some where, you have a ground wire hitting a positive wire. Follow your leads off the switch. Where do they go? The switch is supposed to just break the circuit. If it is letting the positive and the negative meet...you will blow a fuse ever time.

being color blind isn't going to effect how you wire it up as long as your careful and do 1 wire at a time

using a blue wire instead of a red wire doesn't change where you hook up each end.

Double check your work. something is crossed some where. Make sure you don't have the switch hooked up wrong

there are two wires coming out of the pump, a ground and a hot. from there, depending on what kit you have and what brand it is, the wires from there on might go to a progressive controller or something. Either way, the ground will always end up grounded somewhere. If its Snow Performance, they have diagrams on their website. Good luck!
