both...50/50 is your best cooling mixture...they say distilled water but i just use tap water.

I don't think if you relocate the IAT sensor will solve the real problem, it is dangerus because the engine heat will went up and the sensor tells the ecu it is still cool and then you will not notice that tell you damage the motor.

Adjusting the IAT table is the best way to do it right.
