I needed to upgrade to dual nozzles and I wanted to switch to the windshield washer reservior so I made the switch. The Alky kit is IMO a higher quality kit but it was also more $$$. The Snow kit has been fine for my current 10lb setup and had preformed flawlessly but I needed something bigger for 15lbs.
