Any updates with the meth? I am curious to see your results and if it helps IATs.
I have had a meth kit on my Summit wish list for a couple years, just haven't followed thru. My intentions were to spray 100% meth on a 10gph nozzle pre-compressor. I don't feel there is a good way to inject it post-compressor without spray bars. Even then it would be more fuel/octane supplement than charge temp reducer due to the limited exposure to the air charge before entering the combustion chamber.

the camaro has been on quarantine...I need to get out and get some back to back logs with and without meth. I'll share results with you when/if i ever get my **** together. I'd really like to find a spot where i can stretch my legs for more than 3-5 seconds at a time without risking going to jail. the cops are cracking down on street racing here in houston, and it's hard to not look like a street racer running a back half camaro on slicks around town. especially if the catch me on a test hit.
I agree on spray bars. i'm spraying pre-compressor but i'd like to see how quickly the meth atomizes in heat. otherwise it seems like no point spraying liquid meth into an intercooler. A small dry shot of nitrous almost seems like it would be the better option for a blower.

I am far from being an expert, but with my limited experience, I wonder if the fin count on the Frozen Boost is high enough to really support 1200 hp. I ran the same heat exchanger on my 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP, just a V-6 with an Eaton M90, and it took a long time to get heat soaked enough to see a spike in temperatures. I also used a CU-98 radiator as a heat exchanger on a different occasion and it also worked well. I didn't have it on the dyno with the CU-98 so i'm not sure if it worked equally well, but it did have a higher fin count per square inch than the Frozen Boost type 101.
Another thing you might consider doing is adding an additional nozzle to spray more of whatever you decide to spray. Even on my 350 hp build, I used the 1000 cc nozzle with good results while spraying a 50/50 water/methanol mixture.

what is your max fuel flow at WOT and what CC nozzles are you running? a 1,000cc injector can only flow around 16% of my total fuel flow. I need to get a good log before i decide if i'm going to buy another 1,000cc injector.
sometimes i wonder if we're putting too much faith into a sensor that can easily become heat soaked. I use temp probes for smoking meats, and once heat soaked, they can take several minutes to find ambient temp after being removed. i may also play with introducing meth before i'm into boost to try and get ahead of the heat surge. with a blower that sees instant boost, i doubt it will make any difference but it's worth logging to see.

2x 14gph nozzles but not sure what the pump pressure is relative to the boost, so flow may be more or less, but its quite a bit in a 1/8th run regardless. Fuel flow IDC is like 65% with 127lb injectors, so whatever that is.

next plans are to add a 2nd meth injector and log IAT temps in both coolant flow directions.

it was meth spraying. the video it looks like it was pulsing in waves, but it wasn't. with a meth injector, I can ramp the meth in starting at 1 psi based on a % of fuel flow so I'm not actually seeing the 16gph until it's well into boost. anything below that is a fraction of the 16gph. the fuel correction between 0-5 psi part throttle was basically nothing. and in my case, when my foot hits the floor, it's between 12-13 psi instant. that's the only good thing I can say about the Kenne Bell...
