What kind of FI setup are you running? Are you talking about an air to air IC or air to water?

What kind of FI are you running to where you are using your stock airbox in the stock location and then adding an IC to it? If it's a whipple then do a search, there's tons of info. Remember though, bigger isn't always better. A bigger IC can result in a greater pressure drop without any additional cooling benifit.

What are your hp/tq goals? How much boost are you running with what size engine? We need more info.

I have the 5.3 with a powerdyne blower and fixing to be running 12lbs of boost. I have long tubes, Z06 heads, cam and intake, 90mm Nick Williams Throttle Body,(all of this I am fixing to install) 42lbs injectors, 255LPH fuel pump, corvette servo and shift kit. I am wanting to get numbers over 500 HP at the rear wheels, do you think I will with this setup? What kind of numbers do you think I will get. I wanting to intercool my blower so it will run that much better.

3" in 3" out, the core it's self is 12" high 3" thick and 24" long.
it is rated for 600 hp, so i have some room to grow before i need something bigger.

I ordered me an intercooler today and a 3in piping kit for a 02 silverado. Do you have any tips for the install? Could you tell and larger difference after intercooling?
