Your pump is likely done at 8psi. If you have a stock cam, you might get 10psi out of it. Injectors are almost certainly maxed as well.

Your injectors will be nearing their limit pretty quick.

The stock fuel pump is still pretty impressive. Mine is taking a hit pretty good from a WOT dig but other than that it's keeping up with my power very well. Even from a WOT dig when my fuel pressure drops my IDC and AFR is spot on.

I would start searching for new injectors and see how for that takes you. I plan to upgrade my fuel system and been talking with CarbonGMC and think his plan is going to work excellent. Will let him be the genie pig first and if it works I will dive into it

Wow the stock 6.2 injectors are 50 # ? That's cool .

It wouldn't hurt to take a smaller pulley with you and see how much further you can go after you make a pull .

Thought about adding meth ?

I'm running a stock flex fuel pump and a Kenne Bell boost a pump and it hasn't missed a beat with my 75# injectors. I also have return style. Look into the BAP if you don't want to replace the pump.

I have a Magna volt fuel pump booster that will increase the pump flow. I would make you a pretty good deal. Who is doing the dyno tune? I also have flowed shorty Siemens injectors that are flowing 77lb with EV1 connectors I would sell too. New Era flowed the injectors.

BAP's are a bandaid, and personally I would not risk my motor with one of those.

Takes some special wiring but they can work. Couple threads on HP tuners talking about it.

I'm going to eliminate my and convert to a return style with FPR
