this is what i came up with . i do want to chnge the needle valve out for a small low pressure diaphragm regulator though

Would a MBC work off of a tee like that? I would think the needle valve would have to be inside the tee to work right.

Anytime you do that you WILL get inconsistent boost and spikes. Use a low pressure air regulator to control pressure to the other side of the gate.
