Forgot the dimensions, but it is just as wide and thick, but twice as tall as the Magnacharger truck one. Same as the truck one, so single pass I believe.

One more question.

Would I be further ahead removing my current heat exchanger and running one big one?

OR- keep my current smaller one (below the bumper) and added another one about the same size behind the grill?

The larger would be 2x the size of the small ones so either way I would have approximately the same size of area but would the stock pump still be sufficient for circulating through 2? It would have to pump from below the bumper through the stock exchanger, then up and through the second one behind the grill, then through the supercharger. Think the maggie pump can handle that?

Adding a second smaller xchanger would be easy and cheaper, but not if I have to switch the pump as well. However I know TBSS guys are running 2 big exchangers (there are even kits for adding a second) and they claim the stock pump is fine so IDK...

What do you guys think?

I plan on running one in the bumper and one in the grill.... seems easier and the same logic as one big one? I just need to get my hands on a joe gibbs bracket (marovetsm wanna sell yours?)

No I think Im gonna keep my stock one down low and add a second one in the grill. I just got off the phone with Magnuson and the tech guy said that hes installed a second heat exchanger on several Joe Gibbs trucks. He said the pump holds up fine and the install is really easy and clean looking because you can get another exchanger and mounting brackets and everything from them and mount it behind the grill where its 'supposed' to be.

Now I have to decide if I should get everything from them, which is a complete bolt on kit for $280 or get a universal exchanger on fleabay for $100 and fab my own brackets. Think the Magnuson unit would be worth the extra money? How much better would it be than a cheap one online?

Yeah I was looking at those. Think there is a difference between those and these? They look identical and would be $50 cheaper.

I have my maggie H/E behind the grill and a smaller secondary H/E behind the bumper, using the stock maggie pump for a year now with no flow problems and pump seems to be holding up just fine. My IAT's only dropped by 5* after adding second H/E. I'm also using the large coolant tank that trick sells. It is a nice piece and increases coolant capacity considerably.
