Yeah, it's 4" on both ends, and with a little heat gun lovin', it went over the stock airbox lid easily. Kinda like a fat chick puttin' on spandex.

You can buy aluminum bends and strait 4" by the foot from Columbia river mandrel bending. Then fit your pipes together mark em with a sharpie and your golden.. I ya bought one 4" 90* you could probly use what ya got if you cut to fit just right.

X2 for silicone intakes dot com .

You need a 4" 45 bend with 4-6" of straight pipe on each side that you can cut where needed , you can also use the ZR1 piece you have also for the MAF bracket , then get a silicone 45 elbow to go from throttle body to pipe , then either another 45 or just a hump adapter to tie the air box in . Also get some of the nice looking T bolt clamps for a pro looking job

I'm not pimping my intake , just posting this for an idea of how I did mine ( mine is 4.5 " though , I reduced off the TB )

Your my hero Roger , but I have hardly anything to show off , especially with you and Pat posting pics here

Smokey , my heat shield is from the original K+N kit I had , and the air filter is a big beeyatch from AFE, it's a dry flow and the same one I ran on my dmax .
