Default Magnacharger inline fuel pump upgrade, injectors..?

I have an 03 2500hd with a tvs-1900 which i plan on soon doing upgrades(slowly) like a smaller pulley, cam, injectors etc to make more power. It does have the return system with the fpr on the left fuel rail. I have a new factory gm fuel pump in the tank that i put in last year and i have the inline that was sent with my magnacharger kit. I think the inline is a walbro 190, can i put in a 255 in place of the 190 instead of messing with the in tank pump. The best idea and one i have been told the most was put a 255 in the tank, last resort i will do that.

Also how far will the injectors that come in the 1900(pink 48s..?) make it..? Or would it be better to upgrade those to 60s..? Will these make it with just a smaller pulley like a 2.7 or 2.8, i have a 3.0 now and have no problems.

Honestly just putting a new pump in the tank is the best thing to do. Its really not that bad to do. 4 guys can lift off the bed or leave the bolts in one side of the best really lose and jack up the driver side. I have had my pump out of the tank both ways. And if you are going to be in there depending on your future goals it might be worth putting a bigger pump in. I have walbro 400 and it fit in the bucket pretty easy. But your stock regulator might not like it, I know they dont like the 450

I have removed the bed with 2 guys (friend and me).

I also second the single in tank pump, walbro 400 is my vote.

48s will get you about 530rwhp if your pump can keep up. A walbro400 could carry 48s to about 30psi of boost.

60s are about 650rwhp and a walbro400 could carry to about 15-17psi of boost.

I did the stock replacement pump with taking the left side bolts out and loosening the right. Lean the bed and stick a block of wood in. I guess I'll do the same when I do the new pump. I appreciate the imput on the pump.

Are 48s what the maggie 1900 comes with..? I'm not sure what kind of power it will make with a cam, 2.7 pulley, Overdrive crank pulley and possibly meth.
