Default converting supercharger for 6.2 to 6.2 DI

I'm getting ready to boost my 6.2 but I know I'm going to upgrade my truck in the next year or two since it's over 120K miles now. Can you convert a TVS or procharger from my 6.2 to a DI 6.2.

Procharger yes, pretty much nothing will change if the belt spacing and stuff is the same. TVS would require a new lower manifold at a minimum. I would call magnacharger or whoever and see if they even make a kit for it yet.

They do have a TVS kit out now. SKU: 01-19-53-186-BL fits the 14-15 DI 6.2 motor

Here is the email I just back from Procharger. Not sure how hard this would be to convert.

Unfortunately the kits are different between the two trucks, the rotation of the unit is the same however the oil system blocking would need to be changed as well as intercooler tubing and main bracket. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns

Basically the procharger head unit would be the same but nothing else would be. Same goes for the TVS Rotor pack. I don't think you will be any further ahead trying to adapt them as pretty much everything is different. The motors really have nothing in common other then displacement and GM.

Yea that's what I was afraid of. I thought maybe the Procharger would be alittle easier to convert. I might just wait a year or so until I find a newer 6.2. Instead of boosting my Denali that has 120k in the clock.
