i got escalade with magnacharger 3.30 pulley and corsa touring exhaust and k&n air filter with 22inch rims and my friend got escalade with borla exhaust and k&n intake and pulley with hp tuner programing and he beat me all the time what the problem with the super charge or with the programing some guys told me that you must order program from the states i want to know what the best thing that i can do for the car thank you all

If he does the tuning with HP tuners on his truck he should be able to do it on yours as well.

You should also go down to make a 3.1 or 3.0 pulley.

Nothing. A smaller pulley and a new tune could get you 30-50hp potentially.

 

I have the same engine as you moschin0 and run a 3.0" pulley on my radix. I also have headers. With the 3.0" pulley and headers I see around 7.5psi. I would suggest having some custom tuning done if you go to this combo. Timing and fuel will need to be addressed.

As long as your timing/fuel is ok the engine should live a long time with that much boost.
