Default Maggie 112 nose drive making a knocking noise

My MP112 is making a knocking noise intermittently. It sounds just like a knock and I know its coming from the nose drive. It is audible at warm idle, I have not heard it from in the car while cruising. Many thanks.

Oil level is good, there is 12k miles on the blower

What size engine is it on, and what are your cam specs?

it is nothing detremental. There are a few threads on it, most of the time they start doing it from the pulley nut being tightened with an impact IIRC

If your cam is causing a slightly rough idle the blower gears will knock together. You can raise you idle or increase idle to spark to help smooth it out.
