Lysholm Supercharger Special!
#21
Its been on the truck since late 09, and has a little over 20k on the whole build. Made right at 500rwhp at 5 or 6psi with a ls6 cam and 317 heads with some work done to them, and other supporting mods(injectors, fuel pumps, etc.). Im a little over 13psi now and havent had any problems what so ever. converter locks up at 58mph and makes 0 boost while crusing. Made a 1000 mile round trip a few months back and managed 22mpg(it was all hwy). Also have a 8 rib setup on mine as i was having problems with belt slippaged, also upgraded to the maggy HD tensioner. The only video i have right now is an exhaust clip.

The Lysholm's were very reliable twin screws, I had a set of them on my kenne bell a few years ago and had nothing but success and were fun to drive. If you are getting some before and after dyno comparisons, that would be excellent info.

Nothing to specific....just like to hear your impressions of the setup and how much monitoring you've done.....do you have any experience with other types of F/I? if so, your thoughts on how the Vortech stacks up?

Not to much with other SCs just stuff that ive raced. Played around with a LS2 with a maggie(not sure if it was a tvs1900 or tvs2300) but he couldnt hang at all. Def. a SC for roll racing caise i dont get traction until im above 50 and will leave marks on the interstate at 70.
