If DFCO is active, seeing 16+ on off throttle situations in normal. Without seeing how it's setup I can't say why it's doing it.

Doubtful that you can post the tune and logs because you didn't tune it but that is where someone of us could maybe figure out what is up with it.

Decel fuel cut off, if active and the "needs" are met by the computer it will shut off the fuel injectors in off throttle situations. It can happen at cruising speeds/coasting and does so a regular basis if it is active.

I did the LSA swap on the 6.0 in my dad's truck and it does the exact same thing. Stumbles and goes lean whenever i take off. I've tried all kinds of **** in the tune and i haven't been able to fix it.

It's tuned with a LS7 MAF and has a 90mm LS2 throttle body with the Dr.X harness.

Wow i thought I was the only one. And the shop that tuned mine said the same thing. They were clueless to what it could be so I'm just trying to figure it out

How do you have the vacuum lines hooked up to the bypass valve? I wonder if changing how they're plumbed could make a difference. Something i haven't messed with yet...

On the bypass the bottom line is capped and the one higher up on he right side is running to the smaller vacuum port on the snout

I'm not sure to be honest, that's something I would have to ask them. Does it make a difference whether it's closed or open loop? Does open loop means it "can self adjust in a sense"?
