You need to have the upper port on the actuator to vacuum and the bottom uncapped to atmosphere. You can put some kind of filter material in the port to keep dirt and moisture out.
Cool That's how I have it routed. And I'm running Olson kustom kit. The idlers were so close it had the belt touching, couldn't slide a credit card between the belt how it was routed ive switched idlers and fixed the issue since then. So Im putting a new belt on it today and I'll see how much boost it makes. Like I said it's never gone higher then 10.5 maybe due to belt slip. When it had it on the dyno the pull was about 3 seconds, very short then it stopped pulling. So I'm going to assume bel slip. Are you running a standard belt or a green belt?

Well I was running a 8 rib green belt with two ribs cut off but it got worn out as I was sorting through my own pulley issues. I can no longer find the green belt in the size i need so now I run a gator belt. The green belt was the better belt though.
