Thanks appreciate that. We got a good size GM truck club up here. I know you are a ways, but maybe you could attend a few bigger events we have sometimes. If you are interested, let me know and I'll get you the Facebook name to join (it's free).

I think I'm on that page is it upstate gm trucks or something along those lines. And I've been wanting to make it to one of the events, now that the truck is done and I have free weekends I might attend one. But just in case send me the fb name

I'm at a solid 11 psi with just a 2.75 pulley, 1-7/8 long tubes and true dual exhaust. Do you think you could just have some belt slip? I know I did for a while until I made sure all my pulleys were in alignment.

I think a few other people were seeing 13 psi with the 2.55 upper and stock 5.3 cam.

Yea I was having pulley issues with my idlers rubbing and it was eating my belt I've corrected that since the dyno. And I'm going to slap a new belt on it. How do you have your bypass routed? I'm also running a 1-3/4 headers and a single 3in.

Are you running the lssimple 6 rib front drive? What was your issue with the idlers?

You need to have the upper port on the actuator to vacuum and the bottom uncapped to atmosphere. You can put some kind of filter material in the port to keep dirt and moisture out.
