I think I'm on that page is it upstate gm trucks or something along those lines. And I've been wanting to make it to one of the events, now that the truck is done and I have free weekends I might attend one. But just in case send me the fb name

I'm at a solid 11 psi with just a 2.75 pulley, 1-7/8 long tubes and true dual exhaust. Do you think you could just have some belt slip? I know I did for a while until I made sure all my pulleys were in alignment.
I think a few other people were seeing 13 psi with the 2.55 upper and stock 5.3 cam.

You need to have the upper port on the actuator to vacuum and the bottom uncapped to atmosphere. You can put some kind of filter material in the port to keep dirt and moisture out.
