You will need bigger injectors than 80lb. I would also run a trunion upgrade, head studs, and LS9 head gaskets. In order to make 800-900 hp you will need the boost high enough that I would suggest filing the rings.

I don't think 800-900 will be a problem with that setup.

Yeah I forgot to mention them. Im running LS9 head gaskets and I bought gen IV Alper headstuds.
im kind of thinking of going woth the S475 instead because I can pick it up brand new locally for 650. Is the S480 worth the extra 300-350? If the S475 can get me to 800-850 reliably then ill go that route?

Why not use rectangle port heads?

I would run at least 127lb injectors with the a480. It will support about 1000rwhp on e85 with those pumps, and you will be close to that with that turbo if you dont break something else first.

800 or 900 will be a walk in the park to make from the motor, depending on how well that cam works it shouldnt take alot of boost especially on a 6.2 litre and E85

x3 on needing a bigger set of injectors. IIRC I was around 95% duty cycle on my 80s with quite a bit less power on pump gas with the D1. I plan on running the 127# injectors like Atomic suggested with my turbo setup and have around the same power goals as you. You're more than in the clear with the pumps though, those will support way more than your goal. As for the turbo, I think the s480 will better suit the 6.2 and not have to push it nearly as far to get to your goals.

Lol you guys think itll be a big difference out of boost with the 6.2L setup on motor alone vs my current cammed 5.3? With the 317 heads it puts me at 10.5:1 compression I believe. Im using the 317s because I told myself I was gonna run with what I had at the time, and I dont want to waste money getting the LS3 intake yada yada yada.
im definitely going S480 from the jump though, getting sick of cutting myself short

youll be around 10.0 with 317s on a ls3

the heads will work and if on budget it will get the job done for sure
