low mount ?'s

Not so true. Im in the process of piecing together a low mount turbo and when its all said and done meaning fueling and tuning included ill have less than 2k into the entire setup. Being patient goes along way. Will it make as much max power as a kb/trick kit? Probably not but this setup for me isnt about max power. The front mount look cool as **** tho and some day i will go front mount but with twins :-)

There's a difference between a low mount and rear mount, even mid mount.
Here's a low mount, which will make the same power as a front/top mount.
It's not located in the rear obviously.
Rear mounts do compromise on a few things, but still make decent power and are easy to make.

should be starting up this week.
Twin 70's behind the 408 in an OBS truck.

Are you buying everything used? 2k sounds like a stretch. Don't forget about your transmission.

Well since it was brought up mine is technically gona be a mid mount. Some parts used some new and all work done myself except the tune. And im well aware of the failure prone 60e but thats another project.
