With how well one Walbro 255 is working why not go with the dual Walbro setup like the ones Nasty/Lonnie sells? I like how it only kicks the second pump on after a certain boost level that way it doesn't heat up the fuel too much by flowing too much and having to return it to the tank.

No problems yet, the single pump is about 4 years old and i dont want to tempt fate

12psi and with the AFR at 11.1 the pressure looks to be holding on my autometer gauge. but i havnt really watched it too close on nitrous, but the AFR stays at 11.0.

I thought about twin pumps for a long time.. but this single 044 was cheaper and should be plenty for what i want to do..

Oh and them injectors might be on their limit on 16# boost.. To max them out or not...

The intank model is a Bosch 040. Same flow ratings.

I found this on a Vendor Site. It looks like the Bosch 040/044 rates pretty well at 60 psi vs the Walbro HP255 adn the Aeromotive.

I'm already running a Walbro HP255 in my tank. I wonder if there is any advantage to using the Walbro to feed the 044 and run them both all the time? Since I have a 2005 returnless system, I would have to add a FPR after the 044 and pump it back to the tank. Could even try to use a 1" diameter x 12" pipe in between the tank and the rear mounted inline 044. That might keep the 044 from sucking the 255 dry.

Rick

this would be the absolute best setup right here..

it was in a magazine featuring a high HP road racing EVO i think..

Walbro intank feeding this surge tank.. that feeds a Bosch 044.

They runs about $600 for the dual in-tank setup. Here is the link you wanted: http://www.lonniesperformance.com/

J, I like this setup myself but they want like 1K for it. With it you can run the gas at less than 1/4 tank with no problems.
