You could always just pulley down a little more lol. This was simply the first truck that came to mind on an otherwise stock setup.

The experts will have to chime in on about what pulley size you can get away with on just pump gas on a 4.8 (assuming you don't want to run meth).

Your boost level is going to depend on how good your tune is. On pump gas only I would personally keep it around 12-13 with a good tune.

Would you run that much boost without meth? Seems like a lot on pump alone.

Buy Pat's 3.3" pulley if he still has it lol. Then get yourself some electric fans and a 90mm throttle body and you should be damn near 400rwhp.
