Default Longer belt with Metco Pulleys?

Ok, I just installed my Metco 100mm idler pulleys and reused the 112" gatorback belt I was running before the install (I'm running the stock 3.4" Radix pulley). Is it ok that I'm running the same length belt with the larger pulleys or should I buy a 112.5" or even a 113" belt? I just don't want to snap the belt or the dayco tensioner...

Any thoughts?

I would check the tensioner and see how close it is to being maxed out. If it is close to the middle of it's travel I'd say your ok.

There isn't a whole lot. I pretty much had to max it out to get the belt to go on and even when I released the tension it only rebounded a small amount...question is, if I run a longer belt will an inch be too much slack? Should I just jump a half inch and call it good?

How about if I change out my S/C pulley? I have a 3.2" pulley that I haven't installed yet so if I changed the 3.4" out with that one would it "balance out" everything?

I ran a 112.5 on mine when I had the Radix 3.0 blower pully and 100mm idlers
