no worries about the good gas, i've been running denso o2 sensors for a few months now and they have seen a good bit of 110 leaded with no problems. i hate to use leaded gas but the retards quit selling 100 unleaded

Sounds like some good info. Any major down falls of the system besides O2 sensor placement?

Yeah, but it still doesn't include injectors and such. I'm sure if you sat down and worked out all the design/price differences they'd come out very similar.

It's almost like comparing it to another type of FI. There's N2O, SC, TC and rear mount TC.

Parish, you said the stock MAF gets maxed out at only 500rwhp? Is that just because of the 02 sensor placement? I thought they flowed enough to support that and more.

They'd be similar in price but only one will have a CARB# which for some people makes all the difference in the world.

The MAF flows perfectly fine for high HP, the problem is that it gets out of range at those high #s and you have to add fuel manually instead of relying on the MAF to do so. That's why a lot of us are going Speed Density or MAFless essentially. The trucks/cars run WAAY smoother without the MAF and it's easier to tune.

you've got that right. I'm still running Mafless. I haven't had the time to recalibrate the MAf.

I disabled the maf with HPTuner and i'm running in SD mode. Truck runs smoother and alot easier to tune.

I wasn't aware the factory MAP sensor was capable of supporting a SD setup. So how do you log you IAT's if the MAF is unplugged?
