Got everything worked out so far. I used a longer LT1 wire for #2 and routed it around and under the manifold. Clears everything no problem with no heat wrap. #6 is still close but I did the same thing going around and under the manifold using a Talor 90 boot on the plug, (they fit alot tighter then MSD) with wrap around the tube and a boot around the wire. So far so good.

Next time i have the manifold off im going to section off the tube on #6 an bring it down with a tighter bend to totaly clear the wire, then the manifold would be perfect regarding wire clearence.

Now i just have to figure out my tune lol

 

Glad you got it worked out. The plug wires could you make them run under your set up and then back around? They will be alot longer but I do not think that will be any problem.

 

yep, thats what i did, they were not too long, i think they were both #4 or #3 wires from an LT1 set. Works so far
