Well Allen we all you know your dyno isnt a "bling" number friendly dyno. He needs to get it out to the track and see what it does.

I might be picking up a new toy tomorrow, so I may be coming to visit you soon.

What is your plug gap? Sounds like you might be blowing the fire out. Usually when you you don't gain power from N20 you have an ignition problem, or a restriction on the exhaughst side. Alot of times N20 will still pick up power even with a restriction on the intake side. N20 makes it's own air. Im running the stock MAFS, and should well over 500HP. If I can get a turbo to last long enough to make it over to the Dyno we will find out.

I don't know how I can get much more open on the exhaust side. It's long tubes dumping into three inch pipes back to dual three chamber flowmasters. I know of some trucks making good power dumping everything through one flowmaster. We changed the plugs to NGK TR6's. I changed the OE plugs in the previous 5.3L motor to these same plugs and didn't like the way it ran. It had a low speed/low load miss. Set the cruise at 60mph and it would miss and buck a bit. I ran those plugs for a short time and ended up trashing them. Maybe I need to put the stockers back in with a little bit narrower gap???

Im running stock plugs gapped at .035'' with no mussfire @ 15PSI. With the stock gap I started getting missfire around 10psi. I would say if youre running 6+psi boost, and or N20 a gap over .035-.040'' would most likely be a problem regardless of the plug. You have to watch some of those plugs, they can be .060'' out of the box.
