Let's talk turbo kits..?

I originally was goin to spray a decent sized shot on my truck.. But been doing some shopping and it almost looks like I can do a turbo for nearly the same money..
Here is the options at hand
On3 performance coming in at 2500 bucks with my upgrades of 88mm journal bearing and 4" intercooler core..
Huron speeds hot side... I have the ability to build my own cold side and use a t4 88mm billet ball bearing with the y2k housing
And finally Trick Performance stage three they say 78/75 turbo is enough for the build... They are in the 4500-5000 range
Or maybe I can mix and match... I'm having a tough time with the decision here anyone care to share there experience with the kits at hand? Or if there is another kit out there that should be considered as well. Things I'm considering price, easy install, and longevity..
My goals are 800-1000 awd wheel on boost will be on e85..
I'm considering the on3 kit minus turbo and substituting the y2k Turbonetics turbo from huron speed.. With 200lb/hr Bosch injectors and a Lonnie's boost referencing tripple pumper fuel system.
This post is not intended to be a bashing on any manufacturers kits and I'm not saying anyone of them is better than the other.. Just my opinions.

We have a KBRacing kit on the 2010 5.3 of ours and everythings great after three years of use. He can build you anything you need to get to your hp goals. Theres also Trick Performance but all i have of his is the new cast manifold.

i love mine trick stage 3 upgraded with precision 76/75.one thing to watch is how the turbo log is made .turbo weight 40+ lbs .it take a good log to support 40+lbs on a daily driver.i have buddy's with cheap logs that have to keep taking them off getting them fixed.i have NOT had a problem with my kit.when i got it in the mail one evening and had running the next day.my first turbo install ever.

I'm going to be whipping my RCSB with a stage 5 Trick kit which I was able to pick up used here, complete. I haven't installed the kit yet, waiting to have enough time, and waiting on my converter to show up.

I understand tricks cast manifold is probly the best and most maitence free.. But man they quite a bit more expensive.. The on three manifold isn't a traditional log.. The manifold they use meets at the flange.. I may give the on three a shot.. I haven't seen many reviews on it yet, fairly new yet as well.

The on3 kit looks to be pretty good. For the price its very tough to beat although the manifolds ability to support a larger turbo has been untested as of yet. I think on a budget its a great option. However, I think you should do a kbracing for quality reasons as his kits are truly proven on high power builds and can custom set it up according to your needs and have it be 100% complete. Also I would suggest giving a BW s480 turbo a try. Again the quality is unmatched and the price is right.
