only things i have done are whats in my sig....only thing i haven't put on it are the 2.5PRC heads that are just sittin in the garage.figured i'd get the new timing chain, lifters, lifter trays, cam, pushrods, rockers, water pump and oil pump before I go ahead put em on.no point of doing it now when i'll be turning around just to do it again.but just one of the things i looked at was what the heads flow cause you can get the worlds best cam but if you don't have a decent pair of heads it won't be operating at its full potential.most people look at the max flow numbers before they get a set of heads.but they should also look at what it does between .200 and .500.but all in all the one i picked out for mine is a 224/232@.050 .581"/.595" lift 112LSA 110ICL.yeah most people would say its a big cam, but, everybody i'm around has one that 240+duration and over .600 lift so it still seems small to me.it should give me decent power just n/a but at the same time if I wanted to put a small shot through it it should be pretty decent.i've just messed around with the numbers and everything so much this just seems like the ideal one for my driving style so to speak but with that combo i'm hopin for around 375 on the motor.will i be able to get that.who knows.only time will tell.but where i found most of my information was over on tech in the genIII internal engine section.they have a crap ton of stickies about cam selection and theory.

Have you read the cam sticky by J-Rod on Tech in the GEN III internal section?
