This is a "just saying" but I received a PM from Rick at Trick Turbo last night completely on his own and he was helping clear some of the "grey areas" but that to me is excellent customer service and I am not even a customer! Thank you Rick@TrickTurbo

I only had experience with KB and if I had to do it again, I would used KB for his excellent customer service and quality of work.( A+ on my book)

My KB kit is being installed currently, and I can't say enough about Kyle's responsiveness to all my questions! It didn't matter if it was on a Sunday or a Friday, he was very quick to get back with me. The kit itself is very high quality and was more than pleased. I have no doubt it will hold up for quite a long time. Trick has a very good reputation as well, and I've heard nothing but good things. I suspect you will find the group here will be pretty much a 50/50 split on who they prefer. Either way you can't go wrong with KB or Trick.

When you talk about KB's customer service, and responding to you any day of the week. How are you reaching him? Is it through personal call/texts? Or through emails?

My experience with Trick Performance

Zero issues with fab'd up parts.
Parts were Clean and presentable condition, meaning no excessive slag or splatter
Great customer support
Text messaging support was 2-3 minutes max in response time. Late LATE night support was available.
Packaging was great
Ordering parts and confirmation of order received via text was very fast

I know there are a lot of happy people running the older manifolds but when it comes to log style manifolds, I don't see how you can beat the newer Trick cast manifolds. The cast manifold with the wastegate up by the turbo is what made me choose Trick. I know having the wastegate on the crossover pipe works but I can't see how it could be as good as having it up by the turbo.

As another point to make, I also received a message from Kyle@KBRacing, basically stating the same as what I had stated about Trick, I really like the fact that both vendors are being proactive and taking the time to talk to non customers and help with options/advice without being asked and just doing it on there own! That's really hard to come by nowadays! Thank you Kyle@KB Racing

I've never had the pleasure of dealing with either of the products or the men behind them but 1 thing I have noticed in my years of lurking on this site and since I've joined is that they both are willing to jump in and give advice or share knowledge whenever someone has a problem, even if the op was working with a competitors product. That says a lot to me in this day and age where so many people have the attitude that if you didn't buy from me, I'll be damned if I'm going to help you. Just my 2 cents.

I preferred email, so that's how I corresponded with him. He was very responsive, as I checked my email often after I sent him a message lol
