I am curious to see what the 3.25" does for you. Have you experienced any belt slip with the 6-rib 3.5" pulley? I only got a 4" with mine and wasn't going to swap untill I did the 8-rib swap but may go ahead and get a smaller 6-rib if belt slip isn't a problem.

btw... nice choice on the new fuel system.

Since it shares the same type of drive arrangement as the Radix, its also good to move up to a 100mm Idler pulley on the KB. I went a step further and drilled a few holes to offer alternatives for the idler that Kenne Bell added on the steel plate. I added the extra mounting holes to give more options to keep from having to change belts when I swapped pulleys. It also gave me more wrap on the blower drive as well.

The 3.5 did slip some with the worn out stock tensioner as well as the Katech solid tensioner I ran for a while. Its not enough of an issue to keep you from running the 3.5. But buy the 3.5 from my new source and it will be a nicer pulley than you get from Kenne Bell

So which tensioner are you using now? I am still using my stock tensioner with ~140K on it. :O I presume this will need to be remedied soon as well.

I ran the stock tensioner at first. The truck only has 25,000 miles on it. Then I went over to a Katech solid tensioner. But I think that contributed to the destruction of my Meziere pully bearing. So I went back to a brand new stock tensioner. I like the idea of less tension on all the bearings under normal use. I'm thinking about running the Katech on track days and running it pretty tight. It will take some experimentation to see which works better.
