Nice! Very clean job. Did you do the welding yourself? The welds look great.

Been getting the tuning set up, I just keeps running stronger and stronger. This intercooler really helped this thing out big time. At this point 19 degrees timing and no KR at all. I really likes more fuel at WO but it seems my cruising MPG is getting better.

Well I seen them at 108% however I was also very rich too so wont know for sure until I get the AFR nailed down. I wanted to make sure I was starting out rich just to be on the safe side, Allen is making some adjustments here and there to get it where we want it safely. Ill just run whatever boost my injectors will allow, I tow with it and its heavy so it will never be the fastest thing. However it still will hand MOST street cars there *** unless they pull me on top end.

Very nice! Looks very clean. Just in time for the summer heat too. How is that silicone elbow holding up? Notice any lag or boost drop?

I got a what I figure to be 1.5lb boost drop, when I first put everything on and started it I noticed quite a bit of lag almost like slow throttle response however it went away fairly quickly. I dont know maybe it was just the pcm learning everything, I did just load in a new tune prior to starting it. Now it seems very similar, dont really notice any lag. The elbow is sucking in more then I would like but by no means is it sucking it self shut, I think it would if I didnt make a little extention on the end of the pipe that extended into the elbow, but its not sooo....
