Is it possible with a Trick or KB log manifold and A/C to have a good oil drain? I was reading the ICT billet front covers don’t clear the AC bracket or compressor. I’m looking for ideas since I have the motor out and can pull the pan or front cover off to drill and tap it.
on my KB kit i have the oil drain right behind the AC Compressor. Its about 1" from it on a flat spot right by the oil pan top flange. Worked great for years.
I "believe" I located this to clear the back side of the A/C compressor but have since removed the compressor as I guess I'm going more race truck or something like that. Would be very close to where RDF1 stated.
With having the motor out, mount your A/C compressor and you'll an idea what you have for room between it and the motor mount.

That is correct. Mine is in the exact location and i used some 22.5" fittings to clear everything.
