Doing a quick Google search I did not find any cheap bare transformers that fit the criteria for a circulation pump (not mine anyways). However, I did find some prepackaged '12V to 24V step up transformers'. Here is one on Amazon that my fit the bill nicely Amazon.com: Dc/dc Converter Regulator 12v Step up to 24v 3a 72w: Electronics. You may also search for 'DC to DC converter' and have some luck.
Could I use a 12v-24v 3a Dc speed controller to dial the pump down with pwm? If so, I'm guessing it would go in between the converter and pump? They go for about $13 on eBay. Thoughts?

Yes, you can use a PWM drive circuit to control the speed of the motor. However, I don't know if 3A will be enough. The current at 24V will be half of what it is rated at 12V.

Why not just put a larger volume water pump on it?

Or a big ice chest in the bed

Is this what I need, the 5A version? 12V-24V 5A DC Motor Speed Control PWM HHO RC Controller

And is heat the only concern with running the Bosch pump at 24V, or are there other things I need to be aware of? And will the PWM controller help with the heat if I keep it at 50%?

I have done a little searching for full specs on the Bosch 0392022002 pump but have yet to find the manufacturer's electrical data on it. It is claimed to pull 2.5-3.5A at 12V. If that is the case you would be ok with the 3A speed control as it would pull less than 2A at 24V.

Haven't put the dc converter on the pump yet, but today while I was replacing a section of heat exchanger hose that had a pinhole leak from rubbing against the ps pump when I forgot to zip tie it out of the way, I discovered the hose was only 5/8" ID. This was the hose size that came with the used mp112 kit I bought. I replaced all of the hoses with 3/4" ID hoses, $1.49 per foot at the Irish auto store. 44% bigger area so should have a positive effect, but I'm not sure if the pump will only flow as the smallest bottleneck will allow (probably the intercooler), otherwise the only benefit is the added system volume.

Do the Maggie kits comes with originally with 5/8" ID hoses? Any benefit to the larger hoses other than increasing the volume the system can hold?

Answered one of my questions, the Magnacharger installation manual refers to the hoses as 5/8". But still haven't been able to find any conclusive evidence to the benefit to using larger hoses regarding increased flow.
